Please note we have limited the capacity of our waiting areas in order to comply with social distancing requirements.

  • We will be checking temperatures of all patients and staff upon arrival with a forehead thermometer.  In the case of an elevated temperature reading, you will be asked to reschedule.

  • If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • If you have glasses or contact lenses on order, we are offering curbsite pickup. If you’d like for us to bring the glasses to your car, please just call us when you arrive and we will dispense your glasses as soon as we are able.

Please bring both your vision and health insurance information to your appointment. If you would prefer paperwork be emailed to you prior to your appointment so that you may complete it ahead of time, please call and let us know and we can send it to your preferred email address.

As a healthcare facility, we are abiding by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ohio Optometric Association (OOA), and State of Ohio guidelines.  We have done a number of things to ensure the safety of our patients, including limiting the number of people in our office, sanitizing all rooms and equipment before and after all appointments, and wearing gloves and masks. With your help, we can continue to ensure a safe environment for you and our staff.

Please give our office a call with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your help and continued support.
